Your basement is part of the multi living area of your home. You can have it as a family room, games room, extra bedrooms or what ever the need is; there is no limits to this space. Designing this area, we look at how you want to use the space and give it that snuggly roomie feel.
As a designer I will map out the area and create a functional layout that will flow for everyone and get the most out of every square inch. One of the key elements to the basement is lighting; natural window light or we try to create natural light with LED lighting. When designing the basement, I do not want it to feel like you are walking into a basement. I will balance the design of the basement with flow, texture, colour, finishes and furniture.
