Step 01

The first visit with the client we will talk about the area of renovation. We do a walk through of the area with the client. Brian & Katherine will take notes and measurements of the area. We will get into what type of visual look and materials that the client would like to see in their home.

Brian & Katherine will take the information collected back to the office and will discuss the project, design & materials. We will put a quote together with a rendering.

Step 02

The next step is to revisit the client and go through the package. At this point we can adjust the package if needed. If everything is to what the client wants, we then will move on to step 3.

Step 03

Step three is the fun part. Katherine the designer will take the client shopping to pick out the fancy products. Brian & Katherine do not send the client out to fend for themselves picking out products, as this could be a very overwhelming process. We hold your hand to make sure that the process is seamless.

Step 04

Now the project starts. We are on your project every day. We do not sub out general renovation work, as we are a hands-on company. If we bring in trades, it is trades that we have worked with such as Licensed Electricians & Plumbers.
